At the heart of Ezer Birth is a simple belief: no woman should have to navigate pregnancy, birth, or postpartum alone.
Through education, movement, nutrition, and hands-on support, my goal is to help women feel prepared, seen, and confident as they step into motherhood.
Ezer Birth has grown and changed over the years, but the mission remains the same: to walk alongside families with evidence-based support and genuine care.
Hi, I’m Heather. My work as a doula is deeply shaped by my faith in Jesus and by my own experience as a mom of two little boys. I know firsthand how much the right support can matter in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and that’s a huge part of what drew me into this work. With my Bachelors in Nutrition and Wellness, and as a certified Body Ready Method® pro, I’m especially passionate about how nutrition and movement can help women feel stronger, more supported, and more prepared for what’s ahead. I love offering evidence-based education and emotional support in a way that helps women feel heard, equipped, and genuinely cared for. One of my favorite parts of this work is watching a woman grow in confidence as she understands her options, prepares well, and begins to trust the strength God has already placed within her. Every woman and every birth is different, but I believe every woman deserves support that helps her feel safe, informed, and deeply cared for.
Hi, I'm Lauren, a birth doula and functional nutrition student who believes that the way a woman is cared for in pregnancy shapes far more than just her birth experience. Rooted in a deep respect for the wisdom of the body and the sacredness of new life, I bring both evidence-based knowledge and genuine warmth to every family I serve. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, and my nutrition work follows women from preconception through postpartum, grounded in ancestral wisdom, real foods, and modern functional medicine tools.
I view birth not as a medical emergency to be managed, but as a natural physiological phenomenon, an innate, God-given capacity that women's bodies were designed for. Alongside physical and emotional support during labor, I weave in nutritional wisdom, helping my clients understand how nourishment, mineral balance, and metabolic health can profoundly influence pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum phase. I am passionate about working with women through all fertility stages, and in birth work especially, I am deeply committed to protecting the mother-baby dyad, letting each woman's vision of her experience guide how I support her
We’re the kind of people who will sit with you in the details, answer your questions, and help you understand what’s happening in your body through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We care deeply about offering holistic, evidence-based support that feels personal, and we hope it sparks something deep in you that’s ready to lean in. We’re especially drawn to the women who want to know more — the ones who ask good questions, want to understand their options, and feel more at peace when they know the why behind it all. Because those details are beautiful, and they really can create a deeper sense of surrendered peace.
We’ll slow down with you, help you prepare in meaningful and tangible ways, and support you through this season with care that helps you feel held. To us, this isn’t just about giving information — it’s about helping you feel seen, grounded, and genuinely supported in the middle of a really important season that can also feel incredibly lonely. We love walking with women who want more than rushed care and surface-level, textbook answers. We want you to feel informed, prepared, and a little more in awe of the way women were made for this. If that sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, we’d be honored to walk with you.
