Hi there! My name is Kathryn Foltz. I am a doula, childbirth educator and photographer. My heart thrives when caring for women as their doula and equipping each mother I serve with powerful education. I believe that birth and motherhood are gifts from the Lord to women to strengthen character, empower identity, and learn about the innate abilities as a woman. Each step that I have taken through training and each birth I attend grows a deeper desire to see mothers thrive in their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience, learning about themselves and the new season that pregnancy and motherhood is. I believe information and education give you tools to make empowered and peace-filled decision. Your birth story doesn’t just start when you feel your first contraction and end with your baby in your arms, it’s a process of journeying through each week in pregnancy and leaning into the change and rest of postpartum. My hope for you is to dive into this story, take ahold of the pen, and create something beautiful. Birth is truly one of the most inspiring and beautiful things I have the privilege to be a part of.

Hi, I’m Heather! My work as a doula is deeply rooted in my faith as a follower of Jesus. As a mother of two young boys, I understand how crucial a supportive birth team is for a positive experience. With my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Wellness, I’m particularly passionate about how nutrition and movement can positively impact the prenatal and postpartum periods. My mission is to empower you through evidence-based education and emotional support, ensuring you feel heard throughout your unique birth journey. There’s nothing quite like witnessing the moment a woman discovers her strength and confidence through education and ultimate surrender to the design of birth. While every body and every birth is different, we can choose who stands beside us. I believe every woman deserves a beautiful birth story, and that journey begins with understanding what to expect and how to prepare.
