At the heart of Ezer Birth is this: we care a lot about women not having to do this alone. We love helping mothers and families feel more prepared for birth, more cared for in postpartum, and less alone in it all. We’re passionate about education, but even more than that, we care about support that helps women feel seen, grounded, and reminded of their strength and worth. We believe the right support can change everything.
Hi, I’m Heather. My work as a doula is deeply shaped by my faith in Jesus and by my own experience as a mom of two little boys. I know firsthand how much the right support can matter in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and that’s a huge part of what drew me into this work. With my Bachelors in Nutrition and Wellness, and as a certified Body Ready Method® pro, I’m especially passionate about how nutrition and movement can help women feel stronger, more supported, and more prepared for what’s ahead. I love offering evidence-based education and emotional support in a way that helps women feel heard, equipped, and genuinely cared for. One of my favorite parts of this work is watching a woman grow in confidence as she understands her options, prepares well, and begins to trust the strength God has already placed within her. Every woman and every birth is different, but I believe every woman deserves support that helps her feel safe, informed, and deeply cared for.
Hi, I’m Kathryn. I’m a wife, mama to a sweet little boy, and I feel really deeply about caring for women in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I’m a doula, childbirth educator, postpartum doula, lactation counselor, and photographer, and I love helping women feel both supported and equipped in a season that can feel so big and stretching. I believe birth and motherhood are gifts from the Lord, and that they have a way of shaping us, strengthening us, and revealing so much about the strength and design already woven into women. I’m especially passionate about postpartum—the quiet, tender, often overlooked part of the story. I love caring for mothers in practical ways, helping them feel less alone, and reminding them that they matter, too. My hope is that through education, encouragement, and personal support, women would move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum feeling more grounded, more confident, and deeply cared for. To me, it’s all part of a beautiful story of becoming.
We’re the kind of people who will sit with you in the details, answer your questions, and help you understand what’s happening in your body through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We care deeply about offering holistic, evidence-based support that feels personal, and we hope it sparks something deep in you that’s ready to lean in. We’re especially drawn to the women who want to know more — the ones who ask good questions, want to understand their options, and feel more at peace when they know the why behind it all. Because those details are beautiful, and they really can create a deeper sense of surrendered peace.
We’ll slow down with you, help you prepare in meaningful and tangible ways, and support you through this season with care that helps you feel held. To us, this isn’t just about giving information — it’s about helping you feel seen, grounded, and genuinely supported in the middle of a really important season that can also feel incredibly lonely. We love walking with women who want more than rushed care and surface-level, textbook answers. We want you to feel informed, prepared, and a little more in awe of the way women were made for this. If that sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, we’d be honored to walk with you.
