1: Access to our Education Curriculum: "What Do You Feed On?":

You get complimentary access into a comprehensive curriculum that goes beyond the basics of prenatal education as we walk alongside you to tailor the information to your unique experience. "What Do You Feed On?" is not just about physiological birth or nutrition; it's a holistic exploration of nourishment, encompassing physical well-being, emotional resilience, and the profound journey of labor – both before and during birth.

2: Three Prenatal Visits:

We want to know you deeply! Through our three prenatal visits, we desire for these sessions to go beyond mere planning; they're intimate gatherings where fears are gently acknowledged, questions find resources, informed decisions, and birth plans take shape. From 24 to 37 weeks, you'll experience a space where your concerns are heard, your preferences honored, and your journey cherished. With hands on tools at every visit, discussion of the prenatal curriculum, and movement to guide you through your specific stage of pregnancy, these visits are as individual as you are.

1. First Visit (24-28 weeks): This visit will lay the foundation for a journey marked by empowerment and informed choices. Dive into our curriculum, focusing on the physiology of birth and nutrition first, as we begin to form a relationship rooted in who YOU are and how we can serve you best.

2. Second Visit (30-34 weeks): As your pregnancy progresses, this visit will look deeper at doing the labor before labor, processing through emotions and readiness or fears for the steps ahead. We desire to meet you with reassurance and compassion to help you embrace what is to come.

3. Third Visit (35-37 weeks): In the final stretch of anticipation, we will focus on purposeful planning. we'll fine-tune your preparations, both for birth and postpartum, touch on last minute questions and concerns, ensuring that you step into the birthing experience with confidence, clarity, and an unwavering sense of purpose.

3: Doula On-Call Support:

From 37 weeks onward, you can rest assured that your doula is just a call away. Whether you're navigating the unknowns of the final weeks with anticipation, finding yourself with questions of early labor or basking in the postpartum world, our support remains and is available, offering a comfort and guidance when you need it most.

4: Labor Support:

As your birthing journey unfolds, have confidence assured that you'll be held in the hands of your doula. Guided by the conversations and preparation we have done together, incorporating your hopes and values, experience the reassurance of support all about YOU and FOR you. From the early moments of laboring at home, to the joyous embrace of your newborn's first cries, we are honored to hold this space for you.

Postpartum Home Visit:

In the moments after birth, home becomes safe, restful and is your respite. With a compassionate heart and a helping hand, we'll walk alongside you, offering a visit of rest and replenishment. From debriefing the birthing experience, light house keeping, and checking in with your postpartum plan, our postpartum visit is a perfect way to reflect on the journey done and the journey ahead… motherhood.

    Newborn Photos

    $400

    Cozy up with your new baby and capture all of who they are in this precious newborn season. I love capturing the raw, candid moments of those first few weeks with your baby, so feel free to dress up or stay in your comfy clothes! Most often done around 1-2 week postpartum in the comfort of your home but can discuss options of other locations or timing.

    Birth Photos

    What a moment to remember. Birth photos are the perfect tool to tell your story of courage, strength, hope and love. A piece to pass down through the years as you continue to grow and be shaped by your birth story and journey of motherhood. Birth is a remarkable event full of emotion, beauty and family and I’d love to capture the joy and strength through it all.

  • Birth & Newborn

    $1,300

    Combine both birth and newborn photos together for a discounted price! This package includes Kathryn on call for your birth, present at your birth for photos, and a newborn session at 1-2 weeks. Photos come in both black and white and color and vary in amount but are often 50-75 of birth photos and 50-75 newborn photos.

  • Nutrition Consult

    $150

    In this one-hour in person consultation we will go over a personalized handout with your food preferences & your unique pregnancy journey in mind. This will include a 7-day meal plan, recipe ideas, and nutrition education material.

  • Grocery-Store Tour

    $150

    This is a one-hour visit where I will go shopping with you at whichever local grocery store you prefer. This also includes a 7-day meal plan. During this grocery store visit, I will be there to provide practical education on grocery items you normally select, how to read a nutrition label and not feel overwhelmed and answer general questions as we walk around. This visit isn’t meant to make you feel restricted, but to feel more confident in the selections you make!

  • 10 Postpartum Meals

    $800

    Let us stock your freezer and fridge with 10 meals for the postpartum period. These meals are packed with nourishing, warm foods that are meant for postpartum healing, milk production and facilitating of rest. Take the worry away of having foods ready and focus on nourishing your baby while we nourish you.
