What is birth coaching?

Birth coaching is for families who want personalized education, guidance, and preparation throughout pregnancy — without labor attendance. While doulas provide continuous physical and emotional support during birth, a birth coach focuses on helping you feel informed, empowered, and confident leading up to your delivery.

As your birth coach, we help you prepare emotionally, physically, and practically for birth by providing education, resources, accountability, and support as you navigate decisions and build confidence in your body and your voice.

Birth coaching is ideal for families who:

  • want support but do not need full doula services

  • want to feel confident navigating interventions & decisions in birth scenarios

  • want help preparing their partner for an active support role

  • desire encouragement and clarity throughout pregnancy

  • want education tailored to their specific birth goals
