A gentle, intentional time to mark the waiting.
45–60 minutes, outdoors or in-home.

Birth

On-call from 37 weeks. Full coverage from active labor through the first hours postpartum.

Newborn

Scheduled within the first 1–2 weeks postpartum.
In-home, slow-paced, focus on new rhythms.
